By accessing or using Munchy Cow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Munchy Cow provides audio processing services that clean up and enhance audio recordings. You upload audio files, we process them, and you download the results.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and email. We use magic links for authentication - keep your email account secure. We can't and won't be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You retain all rights to the audio you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it as needed to provide the Service. We don't claim ownership of your content and won't use it for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any audio you submit. Don't upload content you don't have rights to.
Uploaded files and processed results are automatically deleted 7 days after processing. Make sure to download your files before they expire.

Processing time is billed per second - you only pay for what you use.
The Munch Plan renews monthly and includes 15 hours (54,000 seconds) that reset each billing cycle. Unused time does not roll over.
Snacks Packs are one-time minute packs that remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase so long as your account is active.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access continues until the end of your billing period. If something goes wrong with processing, your time is refunded automatically.
By subscribing or purchasing, you consent to immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once you begin using the Service.
No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time or Snack packs after the service has been accessed.
Payments and tax collection (IVA/VAT) are managed by Polar Sh, Inc., acting as our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Polar's Terms of Service and acknowledge them as the seller of record for your transaction.
We strive to keep the Service available, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Sometimes things break. We'll do our best to fix issues quickly.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You can also delete your account at any time through the settings page.
If you delete your account, any active subscription will be cancelled and all remaining subscription time, Snack packs, and processed files will be permanently lost. No refunds or credits will be provided for unused time or packs upon account deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For users acting as consumers, the courts of their domicile shall apply. For business or professional clients (B2B), both parties expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
